What is ReFocusing Leaders

Cross-cultural ministry is certainly one of the most joy-filled yet also stress-filled vocations there is. As missionaries and NGO workers, our vision for changing lives and transforming communities can easily get bogged down by the overwhelming needs of people, by the challenges of leading others, and by the stresses of living and raising our family overseas. We all have encountered times of discouragement, feelings of inadequacy, and the desire to quit and go home.

ReFocusing Leaders - Japan

A successful pilot project was held in Tokyo in February of 2009. As a result, a new yearlong course will begin in Tokyo in May 2009, running concurrently with the network in Cambodia.
